In the finale concert of their 100th anniversary season, the Portland Youth Philharmonic Orchestra, Conservatory Orchestra, Wind Ensemble, and String Ensemble present the world premiere of Nancy Ives’ The Spirit of the Columbia, as well as music by Sylvan Talavera, Polina Nazaykinskaya, and Giancarlo Castro D’Addona.
